We seek to continue improving, and will expanding our offerings based on how we can best serve the Northumberland area. We will be offering takeaway on a walk -in basis or through click and collect. Sicily has two famous desserts - Gelato and Cannoli which are renowned worldwide. Our intention is to deliver these tasty treats to the people of Northumberland. Other desserts include cassata and Cioccolato di Modica, all of which we aim to provide on a varied basis. Please check our Social Media sites, flyers and website as we will be updating it regularly.
Sicilian cuisine has a variety of influences, varying from traditional Italian cuisine due to the Greek, Arabic and Spanish settlers over the last two Millenia. Savoury dishes include Pasta alla Norma (Sicily's most historic and iconic), Scaccia - with fillings such as tomato, ricotta cheese and onion, Arancini - the delicious fried, filled risotto rice balls, Caponata and Crocche to name just a few. Being an island, Sicilians rely on what they grow and fish in order to cook hearty, nutritious meals.
We aim to serve Northumberland with a wide range of dishes, regularly changing our menu to bring new tastes to our palates here in North East England.
